My 4 month frail in recent times literary to roll over almost not slept the in one piece dark. any suggestions on helping him sleep?
Nights previous to this I swaddled him. He usually slept 8-9 straight hours then after I gave him a bottle fell back asleep for just about 3 more hours. Last night was the first night he started rolling over and be waking himself up about ever hour. Obviously I cant swaddle him anymore because he just get out of it. I am in need of some sleep and need some help out!
This is a moment ago a phase. Both my children did it. It will last from a couple of days to a few weeks. With my son it lasted almost 2 weeks before he would sleep all right again. With my daughter it only lasted a couple of days and she was sleeping run of the mill again. Just plan on a few sleepless nights, nap when you can.

It's just going to take some time. He needs to procure used to sleeping freely. I know this probably isn't what you want to hear but it took my son about 2 and 1/2 months to get used to sleeping freely without startling himself.
The GOOD communication is that you have a big strong boy who is a lot less expected to die of SIDS, mama. <3
It will get better eventually. Don't listen to people who tell you to agree to him cry. That's just mean and selfish.
