3 Month Old Baby With Cold?

My little girl was taken in for her 2nd immunisations yesterday and came out Absolutely fine.

Gradually over the morning she started getting a little warmer but with a runny snout i put this down to the jabs.
However today she's still got abit of a fever and seems to be within pain when you move or hold her. She's wheezing with a little blocked antenna and seems to have abit of fluid in her chest.

Is this a short time ago through her jabs? through a cold? any suggestions on what it is and how i can help her? been giving her baby calpol at the mo.
