Food for a 9-10 month old-fashioned infant?

Ok, so I make all my 9 1/2 month old sons food and I am a moment ago after some suggestions about what he can have.
He basically have oats, fruit and/or yogurt sometimes toast for breakfast;
Fruit or mixed vegies, baked beans, sandwhiches with vegimite or mashed fruit for lunch; and mixed vegies with some meat, and rice or pasta for dinner.
He have fruit or arrowroot biscuits for snacks and still has 3-4 bottles a day.

Is it ok to give a babe-in-arms some spaghetti bolognese or lasange if it's pre made or the jarred sauce from the supermarket? Or are the herbs and spices too much for his age?
At this age, its fine to start table foods with your child. They can usaually handle herbs and spices fine within moderation. You may want to be extra careful with chili powder, though - its a little mroe credible to cause a rash. You also should add any extra brackish or sugar at the table so it isn't in your babies food.

As far as premade foods go, you should limit them because they usually enjoy a lot of salt, preservatives and other addititives. Not that a little will hurt him, lately you probably don't want him eating it every day. I do use jarred tomato sauce in making my dd's meal on occasion, though! You can also look for brands that are "all natural" or "organic" and more likely to contain better ingredients, if you are worried almost the additives (and salt! a reason why homemade is better when its practical).

Here are some other foods my dd enjoys:

pieces of string cheese
mash sweet potatoes (my dd will eat this as long as I keep dishing them out)
hummus on pita bread
pieces of waffle or pancake
scrambled egg yolks (the whites are a common allergn!), or include cheese and veggies for an "omelet"
french toast (made the yolks only, see above)
mixed veggies
rice
grilled cheese sandwiches
veggie burgers (purchased premade)
cooked ground turkey/hamburger
meatloaf (nice and soft as far as meats go)
tofu cubes
small pasta near cheese sauce
guacamole on pita bread (avocado is sooo good for you)
grated carrot
graham crackers (just not honey!)
cereal bars, like nutrigrain (check for authentic fruit)
fig newtons
large curd cottage cheese
pieces of chicken baked however we are having it
rice pudding
sloppy joes (possibly her new favorite food as of ending night, and actually really easy to product from scratch)

Really at this age your son can have most things (except shellfish and peanut butter!) as long as they are cut in small pieces...have some fun letting him try more "adult" food - I assume you will be pleasantly surprised at how well he takes to much of it.
Wow how many teeth does he have? He is ingestion good! Toast ok. My son is 9 months. We just started the stage 3 baby food. I never even tried to hand over him any real food of ours yet. I probably could give him mash potatoes. He only has two bottom teeth. I am still trying to let him practice.
Answers:    My son actually loves different spices, just nil hot. He loves thai food on rice or any curry really. He also loves fettuccine alfredo, which we put loads of garlic in. (garlic is really good for you). He likes spaghetti beside the jarred sauce from the store, and I think it is fine for him, I just watch the brackish content. When I make him homemade peaches I always add cinnamon and he loves it. I also join things like nutmeg and ginger to his fruit purees. He will eat pretty much anything that we eat, as long as it is sheltered for him to gum up. (he only has 2 bottom teeth in front.) Some of his favorites are:
stew (only shredded beef pieces)
pasta beside cheese or tomato/meat sauce
rice of all kinds-spanish, broccoli and cheese, stroganoff on rice (or noodles, actually), curry, chinese food
Grilled cheese
cheese quesadilla-healthier and tasty if you add avocado and tomatoes
bean and cheese borritos-light on cheese to avoid choking
lasagna-no ample meat chunks or chewy melted cheese
string cheese
shredded cheese
banana chunks
baked sweet potato
sweet potato fries (just bake strips in the oven)
steamed veggies to pick up-peas, diced squash, green beans, carrot
any kind of melon-has to be soft and in small bites
Baby Mum-Mum crackers

I can't think of anything else at the moment...I'll carry back to you if I do.
