Why does my bbys soft spot kinda sink contained by?
Its so weird..is it normal?
My son's does the same thing, the doctor say he is fine.
that's a sign of dehydration. I personally don't own any experience with that so I can't offer much advice but I know it would help your mind if you give your doctor a ring. :) hope everythings well
Answers: It is normal to be capable of see or feel the soft spot and it may sink in a little, but it shouldn't be severely deep and distinct. If it is then s/he may be dehydrated. Is your kid having at least 5 (disposable) wet nappies per afternoon (about 8 or more if using cloth nappies)? Is your babies lips plump and moist, or dry and wrinkly? If it does not improve after the next nurture then perhaps call your doctor and ask for guidance.
And make sure you are drinking at least 2.5 litres water per daylight (about 10 glasses), more is better. Because your baby is getting all his/her moisture from you.
Has it other been like that? If it is a new piece he could be dehydrated.
It could be dehydration.ring the pediatrician and let him know.
