Why does my infant want to bite everything and everyone?
i have a little mean infant lol. we nicknamed her "Vampy" because she is always biting everything. she isn't teething, she is only 5 months...and she loves pulling fleece and pinching people's arms and then laughs when she does it. people think its cute but not when its not taking place to them...and she does it to my 3 yr old son too and makes him cry...what should i do?
She is teething. Babies start to get teeth around 6 months and in general start to teeth around 3-4. Get her some teething toys she is probably just trying to relieve the pain any ways she can.
I always assumed the biting is associated with teething, it might grain good to them. He needs teething toy :)
the pulling and pinching is very annoying, my two do that in a minute. It could be that the first time they did it to someone, that person laughed and so now they chew over it's a game you are playing with him. From now on when he does that, make clear to him no and why he can't do that but do it without smiling. Be serious. They are only going to comprehend so much at a time.

My son did the same try distracting her as she does it or walking away. I hold had to put my son down as he slapped and pinched me. He is slowly getting it right
I think all babies walk in and out of these stages.
I recommend ignoring it at this point. When she bites or pulls or pinches, gently relate her no and distract her from doing it.
Try not to give strong reactions, as this may in courage it more. Do politely ask friends not to gurgle when she does this, as it can encourage her to do it more so.
And if people offer you the catastrophic advice of biting or pinching back, do ignore that. Biting or pinching put a bet on only shows her that it is okay

She mostly does it when she is getting corrected for being naughty.
In your baggage giving her a spank will not be best for this situation. Maybe she is ready to cut teeth. Why dont you buy a teether for her??
It will distract her and she will bite that instead of her brother.
