About Lamaze Training?

How many days will lamaze/childbirth classes training will be? Will it be 1 day or more?
Any body have any theory?
Answers: The lamaze class that my wife and I attended was 5 days, but it may change depending on where you go and get it.
We found that it did not help a whole lot. The best thing be the epideral.
My Lamaze classes took 3 weeks but we only went twice a week. It was of assistance. I knew a little more about what to expect, the breathing exercises help to ease the pain. You learn give or take a few the epidural but I real don't like needles. So I went lacking it. It hurt but I lived. The best thing ever in my labor room bag be chap stick. With all that blowing out your mouth, your lips sure find dry! Best of luck to you.
