8mo child super sweaty?
its about 75 degrees with going on for 80% humidity and rising outside, and about 75 degrees with the ac on inside. And my little one sweats like hes in a sauna. I know some babies do sweat more than others... but when should it become a concern?
His belly feels cool, and his temp is in the region of averages about 98.1 (which Ive taken about 6 times in the second hour)
My baby girl is 6 mths old and shes naturally hot, shes sticky adjectives the time but shes fine, its just one of those things. I suffer when the temperature goes up and i procure very over heated too, just plenty of fluid and cool clothes.
he could be dehyrdated. dress him down to his diaper and drap a cool cloth on him (forehead, thighs, under the arms places where there's skin to skin contact and air doesn't accomplish it easily).
Call his Ped, tell him your temp readings for the past hour. He might recommend some tylenol or a cool tub.
Also, if you have a wall unit a/c and not central nouns close teh door to the room so the cool air isn't trying to cool a place thats well outside it's means.
But hail as his Ped.
Is this a average thing for him? If not i would call the doctor and see what he/she says.
It's time to turn down the A/C, maybe freshly one degree. I've noticed on humid nights, turning down the A/C ONE level helps us all sleep better. If that's not enough, possibly one degree more just while it's so humid. If you don't have ceiling fan, now may be the time for some.

You can nickname his pediatrician... but I would just keep him hydrated and keep buoyant clothes on him... maybe a nice bath would help too.
My 4 month old is the same means of access! Maybe not quite as bad though. I just wipe him down beside a cool wash cloth.
I know what you mean about taking the temp a ton! I am mad with taking temperatures when I think he feel warm. lol. (I have a head scan one).
