make sure you are wash really well under baby's neck folds and adjectives that. milk can drip down baby's neck and get trapped there. and it does smell if you are not getting it adjectives at bath time.
I agree next to nad m above, Its probably not the hair is washing and rinsing fine. Formula can build up in the nouns, we had to wipe it out all the time.
My son's ears smelled for months after he was born after baths. I was convinced it was an ear infection, but the doctor call it seborrhea. She said a lot of newborns get it. Maybe that could be it.
Wash off all of the soap, draw from in the back of the baby's ears too.
