Would this annoy you?

so my nearly 8 month son just went up a size in nappies (diapers) and it be kind of rush how he went up, pretty much one day he be one size the next day they where leak! so I went to the local supermarket and they only had a girl 24 pack! a short time ago 1! I can't believe they would only have 1 in stock and lone in girl colours! I was really annoyed, they always appear to be low on the ones I need, though this time they had plenty of the other sizes in both girl and boy colours! would you be annoyed?
I would go to a different store and get the right ones.
Do you own the option of buying diapers somewhere other than a supermarket? Supermarkets are supposed to stock groceries, and I realize that. Diapers and non-food items are secondary, so if they don't own something I'm okay with it because I know that's how grocery stores work. If somewhere like Sam's Club, Wal Mart, or something else didn't have diapers contained by stock that would be a different story.

(You can still get "boy" and "girl" diapers? I thought those changed a long time ago to diapers that were all pretty unisex surrounded by color.)
I think so. You should make a formal complaint or stop using that store.
It is annoying. I decided to switch over to the Target brand because they are partly the price of Pampers and the store apparently runs out of the size I need fairly fast. You would contemplate they would have a better inventory system since they seem to be so popular. That is just desperate business not to know what your consumer uses and how much profit you are losing because of it.
Heh, I was going to say, if my next kid is a boy, he's wearing pink hand-me-downs... diapers wouldn't bother me at all. :P

I hate it when stores don't carry what I obligation. Our local store doesn't have the brand of bread I prefer, every... single... time. I have to drive out of my way to find a store that carry it. When they DID finally have it in stock, it was expiring the subsequent day and crushed. What the HECK?

Scenarios like that though is exactly why I buy diapers on sale, and capture the next size up to go in the closet for when she eventually grows.
That happened to me at WalMart. My girls were in Luvs size 5 and suddenly Walmart have NONE so we had to go to Huggies and let me enunciate I loathe those. I also didn't like the pampers baby dry. I approaching Luvs diapers.

I ended up shopping somewhere else until they went up a size.

As for girl or boy colors? I would put my son in girl colors minus blinking because it's just a diaper so nobody will see anyway. I'd put my girls in the boy without a problem if I thought the design be cooler than the girls. :-p
Nope.

Diapers are diapers and my three year old daughter couldn't confer a flying *** less.

Neither could I, it goes under her clothes and she doesn't attention.

But, since you have a boy and seem to care.. maybe.

I suggest you shop somewhere else with diapers.
im at the point w/ my kids that i'll wrap a Depends around their bottoms, or heck, a shoreline towel.

im more annoyed when my 4 month old sprays poop on me and i have to jump surrounded by the shower and throw in a load of laundry.
or my 3 yr old strips in the buff and pees in our driveway.
better yet, my 8 yr old uses our neighbors tree.

i guess it can be annoying, or you can freshly laugh. and maybe shop at another store.
just view for pee puddles. Source(s): :) life
No, I wouldn't be annoyed because I don't have any children.
Thats horrible! My daughter be in Preemie diapers originally and I would always run into a problem with them not person in stock if the store carried them at all. Maybe you should send them an email or something...agree to them know you're a mom and concerned that they're not keeping their shelves stocked and you don't want to have to take your business somewhere else.
I encountered this before I went full time cloth, in actuality it is one of the reasons I went full time cloth!
In my case my son be still in newborn size nappies and while doing the groceries I grabbed the yellow packet bad the shelves without looking at the sizing(both newborn and infant size nappies in that brand are yellow packet, just different shades) we got out to the car and realised we have the wrong size so hubby went back in for an exchange and they have zero newborn nappies in stock! we then hit adjectives the stores in the shopping centre that sold nappies and none of them had any gone in Alex's size in any brand!
Well you could talk to the manager and mention that you are diaper consumer and that near are hardly ever any diapers. Next time there are some, stock up a bit.
Yes it does totally annoy me!! It seems like whenever I go shopping for doesn`t matter what for my kids grow out of, the size they need is always out. I had the hardest time buying foreign shoes for my kids for school because every shoe they liked didn't have their size. They have to "settle" on a pair they hardly liked. I can`t bear to tell you "get used to it" but it seems approaching we go through this year after year. Anyway, enjoy the time now when your little one doesn't concern!!
I could probably find other things that would annoy me way more than that, actually I know there are more high-status things I worry about than that
as long as it was the right size i wouldn't really protection about the colors. sounds like you were contained by need of them badly. as long as they work that's all that matter.
Definitely. Try shopping somewhere else that carry diapers.
Answers:    yes that happen to me and it does annoy me, girls one are more padded at the bottom and boys at the front so using the opposite doesn't work as well.
go to another store if your anoyed.
There are far too many more exalted things in life to worry more or less.
are you at teen mom?
No because I shop for diapers at Costco, where the price is right and the diapers are better anyway.
There maybe merely a lot of baby boys in your nouns at this time. It happens and yes it's annoying.
i honestly wouldn't care - they will be peed in until that time you have his clothes back on. I have a 4 month ancient little boy and sometimes I put a pink bib on him at daycare because it's the only one that crinkles and he loves to sit and squeeze stuff in his hands. He's a newborn - right now it doesn't matter.
As long as they are happy and dry!
