Waking up at hours of darkness adjectives of a sudden?

My daughter is almost one, and for months now she has been going to bed between 8-9. Same routine, for the most cog, bath, food, bed. And shes out for the night. The last few weeks she have been going to bed like that still, only instead she is freshly taking a nap. Then she is wide awake for another hour or two, and is out for the night. So she go to sleep for good around 10-11.

I don't know if she is teething, she hasn't had a new tooth contained by over 2.5 months. But she seems fine, she just wants out of bed. So I'll bring her out play next to her for a little while, cause if I don't she screams. Then after a while she'll jump back to sleep.

What could be causing her to wake resembling this? She still takes 2 naps a day, characteristics of three now I guess! Any advice would be great! Thanks!
She might just want a later bedtime, but I agree that 10-11is way to past due. Maybe she needs more food or a longer playtime to wear her out before bed? Maybe read some books?

Best of luck!
I'm not sure what causes it but abundant babies her age do it. My daughter did the same thing is she still a crib. if so do not go surrounded by and play with her after a few minutes of crying go in notify her it's ok but that she needs to go to sleep. After a few days of crying it may take longer she won't attain up anymore. since you've been playing with her at night that's adjectives she's going to want just be consistent.
Answers:    I think you should move her afternoon sleep to earlier, she may only need one right nap during the day. I'm sure you have done this, we adjectives have, where you accidentally take a snooze from 5-8 and then you can't go back to sleep. Maybe her afternoon powernap is too close to her bed time and she is having the same problem.
My son started doing this around 9 months old. Hes 16 months very soon. For the past few months his bed time changed from 8 to 11 If I try to lay him down before then he sleeps for 45 mins later hes up until 1 am!
Be sure and do some real physical activities beside her before puttting her to bed. Before bath, dance or run around or do something outside so she wear herself out. Be sure she gets that physical energy out and then calm down her with a bath and a book.
