Need counsel.15 month mature child beside digestive irregularity?

I have taken my child to the doctor because of this. He has a VERY wet/loose stool at least once a sunshine. They say its prob nothing...and to not give him as much apple liquid because of the sugars.and that may be causing the problem. I have cut back, and he still have the issue. Sometimes its very watery. Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks!
Answers:    Well your son might be allergic to something and so reacting to it like that.

As for the apple juice are you diluting it near water? If you are it shouldnt upset his tummy really.
