Did you hold a ''first time'' just this minute next to your LO ?
Ok so I know this is a really silly first time but it made me proud for some reason... We've had all the usual milestones at nine months, rolling over, sitting etc. This is NOT one of those LOL.
She be born with almost no hair, what she had be blond-white, so she looked bald. It was really cute but everybody thought she was a boy... economically today, for the first time at nine months, I have gone out and bought (then used ! ) baby shampoo !! Her hair is finally growing within, it's far from thick but it's relatively long and... it's curly ! It just made me realize how quickly she's growing up, I won't use newly the baby head-to-toe stuff anymore.
Did you have a (significant or not ! LOL) first time recently ?
yesterday was the first time I started giving her chunks of food.
and today be the first time she went to the racetrack!
Today we were at my son's music class (he's 11 months old) and he stood up, walk about 8 big steps away from me, turned around himself while standing and walked back to me... I be so proud! In that moment I just realized what a big boy he's becoming. He's been walking since 10 months but for some use when he was walking today it felt so 2nd nature to him... freshly casual. My baby is a toddler! *tearing up* lol

Anyway, to answer your question, that is thoroughly sweet that her hair has finally grown in. Yay, a casual to use formula!
As far as my family, my daughter says "mama" when she sees me..she used to right to be heard it randomly, but now it seems approaching she is saying it when she spots me. She is such a beautiful, sweet girl, Raising babies really is a blessing.
