Question more or less Mirena Insertion?

Hey moms, I'm 10 weeks PP and got Mirena inserted 8 days ago. I'm still bleeding from the procedure, which I know is normal, but I'm wondering if I am able to wear tampons at this time. I detestation wearing pads. Thanks for your answers!
Oh dear...tampons are so unsophisticated! Try using the trendier menstrual cup...they were adjectives the rage 2 months ago while my perfect babby boy and I were vacationing surrounded by St. Tropez!
My doctor actually told me I couldn't wear tampons anymore, ever! I asked on here and no one else have heard that...

I did use pads the entire time I bled in the beginning(for nearly 2 months). Now I only get spotting for a few hours every month or two so I just use a pantiliner for that. I don't see any use why you can't use a tampon though. Just be very careful when removing it.
Answers:    I had spotting from the Mirena for several months after insertion. It's much easier to carry pad, tampons became very uncomfortable after I have the babies for some reason.

Anyway, yes you are fine to use tampons
