"men hold more fun next to sons" what do you moms chew over in the order of that?
just saw a post on here that said that
I have a girl and my hubs enjoys spending time next to her just as much as his son
who says girls cant play baseball or soccer
or who says the dads cant do the goings-on their daughters enjoy
I think thats silly
what do you think?
I think they hold 'different' relationships.
But not that they prefer one over the other!
We own 2 girls and Seany says he loves coming home to ''my ladies'' lol, I have asked if he'd lik a son and he said he doesn't care if we own 10 girls! Also I think dad's are more protective of their daughters, I myself am a daddy girl as a child if I wasn't at school I was beside my dad, he took me to work with him, brought me fishing and exploring, to the beach... everywhere and he read to me every night at bedtime, I'm a grown women presently and I still love my daddy! (and he dotes on his grandaughters) the first thing I saw when we came out of the labour ward next to our first daughter was my parents and dad had the biggest grin I've ever seen!
My husband was so thrilled when we found out we were having a daughter...She is 5 weeks and 4 days..He has told me he cant lurk for her to get a little older..So they could play and we could instruct her stuff...He is waiting for her to smile at him at this time..she has only smiled at me..:) i know he will play baseball or what ever else she wants to play sooner or later...WE have two sons and he plays with them as well...My husband will let somebody know you there are nothing in the world better consequently a daddy's little girl
ADDED: I know my husband well he would even have a tea party near her.and even wear a silly girly hat
I have a 3 year old son and a 19 month mature daughter. When my son was born, my husband was so excited that he was going to hold a little buddy to go fishing with and surf next to. My son turned out to be Autistic and Epileptic. The doctors recommended that my son stay out of the heat and bouncing waves because they can aggravate his seizures. So surfing and fishing be out. :( My husband was so devastated, until.my daughter took a flying leap toward the ocean water a few weeks ago! We put her on a surf board and she "surfs" by sitting on the board! LOL. It turns out that Daddy's little girl is going to be his fishing and surfing buddy! He isn't crushed because he will hold bonding time with his daughter, at least he'll be able to share his hobbies near one of his children. He loves that our daughter is a little surfer chick!
Before I had my children, I thought that all guys own more of a "bond" with their sons more than their daughters. I guess God proved me wrong! LOL

Many Fathers have that special Father/Daughter bond!
Well I'll know better when I have my baby girl within November but honestly, my little sister in law is a lot more fun than her oldest brother, at least possible to my husband. She plays tons of sports, she throws better than her older brother and she goes out and shoots gophers with my hubby LOL
Answers: I deliberate that is so completely silly, in every sense. My husband and daughter have TONS of fun together. And I know I will enjoy tons of fun with my future son due later this year. I don't see why ancestors have to force stereotypes on young babies so early at a tender stage within their life. It's almost cruel. Parents should love both children equally, and have as much fun with them! I enjoy seen girls hunting with their dads, and boys helping their moms with scrapbooking projects!

My husband enjoy our three girls as much as our two boys. Is there something special about having a son interested surrounded by doing guy things with him? Sure. But, there’s also something very special about spending time beside his little girls who like twirly dresses and hair thingys. He’ll turn them upside down and tickle them just approaching their older brother, and he’ll also talk with them nearly their dolls. Source(s): mom to 5 children under 8
