9 month old-fashioned refuse formula?

My son seems like he hates the aroma of formula. I put it in different things, sippy cups, regular cups, I even put it in his food. But he refuses it surrounded by everything. I thought maybe he doesn't like his bottle, but I tried water contained by it and he loves it. But water isn't nutritional so he needs to go put a bet on on formula. I tried watering it down, putting juice in there to sweeten it up. He simply won't do it. It's hot outside and he needs to stay hydrated but I don't want him to drink too much water. What else can I do? We took him to the doctor, he's healthy, freshly got two teeth in but I think he's getting more. No ear infection. The doctor said he won't starve himself, but that's exactly what he's doing. He doesn't devour a whole lot of solids, cuz he just doesn't like them too much. Help!

Just keep trying, try it warm, cold, cool, room temp. See if that works. Also try to make rice cereal or oatmeal near it and then you can mix in some fruits to sweeten it up.
Your baby have to have formula though. That is the main source of nutrients until a child is 1 year old. You will find something that works. How long have it been going on for? How much does he actually take within? Maybe just smaller amounts more times a day.
