Sleep pattern for 91/2 month olds?
my daughter is 91/2 months old and she was pretty much on a schedule.she would rouse up at 7:30am take a 1hr nap at 9:30,take another 1 hr forty winks at 3 then go to bed at 8.but recently she have skipped the first nap and wants to take resembling a 2-21/2 hr nap around noon!.either course we'll adjust.but i was just wondering what everyones 9 months old be doing!thanks
Answers: My 10-month daughter is on a schedule that is similar to your dd's behind the times one - wake around 6, nap for an hour around 9, nap for another hour (well, 45-75 minutes, it varies) around 1:30, and bed at 8:30. My dd have never been a great sleeper, though - she has always taken short nap and as a result was taking 3 naps/day right up until like 8 1/2 months. A lot of babies we know moved to taking just one sleep a day around 1 year of age, but obviously that varies profusely - it sounds like maybe your dd is just set to move to that schedule already.
