When on the plane, would you ask the human being subsequent to you to keep under surveillance your sleeping infant so you can shift?
to the bathroom? If the baby is asleep in her car form or bassinet and you have to go, would you ask another passenger, or wake the babe and risk her crying? We're talking a very long flight here, so holding it is out of the question.

I'm a safety freak and part of that is never have someone else watch my baby if I don't know them very extremely well
I've had to many family walk up and touch him with out my permission
(like a desk clerk who stuck her finger in his mouth when he was 2 months old)
worst case scenerio (like if I be ill) I'd ask a flight attendent
Answers: It depends on how the entity looks. Really, though, what are they going to do? It's not like they can run off with your child! Thankfully I other travel with my husband so this hasn't been an issue/concern.
ETA: And a flight attendant couldn't be a sicko? I guess I don't understand the reasoning bringing up the rear not letting another passenger hold/watch your baby but letting a flight attendant do so.
If the person look trustworthy i would ask. I mean its not close to they are going to run away with your baby. You could also ask the flight attendant.

I actually was sick and threw up. I felt resembling I had to again so asked the younger nice age dressed in a suit ( we had be talking already) if he would watch Brayden while I went to the bathroom bc I feel sick again.
He said yeah. I was so embarrassed but what else was I going to do? Brayden of late sat in my seat and be very good. I came spinal column to the guy talking to him lol.
absolutely not! ask a flight attendent or suck it up and take the baby near you. Be responsible there are a lot of sickos out there very soon adays.

I think it depends on the type of individual sitting next to me. If the person looks trust worthy I would ask them to watch my tot, otherwise I would ask the flight attendant.
