Answers: UM. if the building was smouldering and there was no way out and someone have huge blanket ready for me to drop her then i will think almost it but for no freakin reason or any religion reasons i will laugh at it. Would I do this? No... but it is part of their culture... here within the US it is normal to circumcise your boys and a lot of other cultures find this brutal and mutilating... Different cultures do different things... I think we should respect other cultures...
I would never do this because to me this looks silly and uncertain but I'm sure a lot of things I do looks silly and dangerous to others around the world
