New mommy (5 weeks old-fashioned boy) wants to lose 40lb, what is the best passageway (I breastfeed and supplement)?
I was onWeight watchers, but it is impossible for me to track what I eat, I just dont hold the time at all! I shoul dbe ablt to work out starting this week, not crazy but a little. I really want to lose those extra lb, but 40 is a lot and I want to bring this very seriously. anyone knows a good approach? With no point counting please...

I work out for an hour a day which includes 30 min cardio and 30 immensity training. As for meals, I registered at www.50millionpounds.com and they send me a daily schedule of meals to my email in addition to a weekly shopping account. Its great and easy, no point counting. Just remember in order to lose counterweight you have to burn more calories then you consume so make sure you kitchen help you do that. Take out all those unhealthy foods out your house and replace them with what help support you in your weight loss. That way you don't enjoy to worry about if what you're eating is righteous for you or not. If you have others in your house (like me)who have to own the sweets, put them in specific cabinet or area that you don't touch or at least lone touch maybe once a week (its ok to treat yourself). Otherwise you will need to munch through healthy and exercises you can do plenty of exercises with baby and that will support you loose.
