I am have trouble sleeping =(?
im 15 and on my school holidays and im having fun but when it is coming to going to sleep it takes me ages. for times gone by week and a bit i have been getting to sleep between 12-2:30 at night when i'm trying to sleep at 10 pm and consequently i wake up at 9 o'clock in the morning even though im still tired. i have tried to count sheep, stair at my ceiling for ages and even playing beside my dog outside till i get more tired.
can any1 help me find a quick, comfortable, non expensive way to get to sleep sooner?

What does this have to do near a newborn baby? Anyway, I will give you some suggestions to help you topple asleep and stay asleep. Do not take naps during the day, and take home yourself get up early for a few days even though you are still tired. If you do this then you will drop asleep earlier because you become tired quicker due to the lack of sleep the night previously. Try to avoid vigorous exercise and large meals merely before bed time. When you are eating dinner, eating foods next to a natural sleep aid called tryptophan really helps. Foods similar to chicken and turkey contain these. Stay relaxed and try to lounge around in the hour or two before rest to help your body unwind. I hope this help! :)
