What did your babys gums look close to when your little one first received a tooth?
my son will be 7 months on the 3rd of this month...i know hes been teething...last night he wasnt competent to sleep through out the night [this hasnt happen since birth] lol...but i look at his gums and on the top/middle i see white? is it a tooth? i dont feel anything sharp when i run my finger across...if it is a tooth how long will it run to come in?
there was a bit of that white you described and afterwards his gums got really swollen :( he got his first two bottom teeth and is working on cutting the top. if you endow with him something to chew on I think that helps the most :)

For teething/fevers I recommend baby motrin. Works SO much better than tylenol!
