How do you tender a time-out surrounded by a vehicle?

help,i need help near this child!
Answers:    Have him sit silently facing the window with his hands on his organizer. Start the time over if he talks or moves around too much. Or have him put his head down so he isn't looking out.

Or verbs over and spank him in the backseat.
How old is the child and what is the problem? Maybe time-out isn't an appropriate solution? Have you tried letting him or her color with a magnadoodle if they are getting bored and frustrated on trips?
