12 weeks postpartum; how several calories a time should I be intake?

my son is formula fed.
Answers:    The recommended daily calorie intake for women in 2000 calories.

You should freshly eat what you want though, its hard enough looking after a little one without counting calories as well, you have ample to do!
I don't know because I never counted calories before, during, or after, my pregnancy. I breastfeed and just ate whatever I looked-for when I was hungry (trying to make healthy choices of course) and still lost adjectives my pregnancy weight and more... which I wasn't trying to do because I was 108lb. prepregnancy. Breastfeeding is the best way to loose the counterweight.
