Nausea while breastfeeding?

My son is 3 months old. I have been nauseated on and bad every day for the last 2 weeks and also very tired. I really have a feeling like l did when I was in my first trimester. I took a pregnancy tryout last week which was negative. I also pump seriously, and although I feel nauseous throughout the day, I especially get the impression it while pumping or breastfeeding. Why is that?
