Probably not. You can go to CVS or Wallgreens and get thermometers. Thats where I win mine.

I have received a free thermometer from Target when I occupied prescriptions there. It works great.
Eh,I don't know. I'm not too crazy about the fact that it takes an entire minute to procure a temperature. Especially with a small baby and taking it rectally. I would ask your OB or the Pediatrician you've picked out for your kid. Have them recommend one.
