How does microwaving breast milk effect it?

I am not saying I do this or am going to. And I know about the "hot spots" it can create. However, I read that it can effect the chemistry of breastmilk. How so?
It destroys antibodies and vitamin C. A safer alternative is to warm it up in a bowl of warm river. Takes longer, but it won't change it's properties.
Yes - It can totally reduce the amount of nutrients surrounded by it.

Also if you microwave it in plastic you have BPA concerns..

Glass bottles and hot water to boil up breastmilk / store it..

i recommend if you are going to microwaving breast milk you REMOVE it from breast first
It destroys some of the nutrtional content in the milk. The milks needs to be slowly warm up. Also it causes hot spots, which can cause serious burns
