it depends on what you want to buy for them...the basics will run you around an extra $500/month (this is for consumable things, i.e. clothing, food, toys, diapers, etc)
but that's just stuff, now all the doctor's appointments and insurance, saloon seat, high chair, stroller, bed, and adjectives the extra expenses you'll have because you're pregnant/have a child will run you thousands!
just giving birth costs thousands!

Are you asking how much it costs to raise a child. Alot. Atleast $100 a month for formula, another $50-80 for diapers, crib, clothes, childcare ( about $1,000 a month for a well-mannered center)

A lot. You have to factor in the cost of diapers, wipes, clothes, toys. etc. Also bed, play pens. Breastfeeding supplies, or formula supplies and bottles either way. My child girl is totally worth it. We also shopped garage sales alot and second hand stores though. Saves you a fortune!
