Does your kid hold poor daytime sleep?? TRY THIS!?

I've got a 3 month old baby boy. He is usually asleep for a total of 1 and half hours during the day which makes him enormously cranky in the evenings.

So this morning my baby sling arrived (Kari Me). I've been carrying him around since this morning and he's slept practically the unbroken day!!

Not heard a single peep out him adjectives day. I can even breast feed without using my hand - its amazing!

So if you're having the same trouble, I highly recommend this sling. Its for a moment pricey but it SO worth it and very very cumfy. Just thought I would pass on some tips, mum to mum so to speak :-)

I've since read up that 'babywearing' make for a more secure infant and contrary to what some say, doesn't promote clingyness - rather they are more in safe hands in themselves and half as likely to cry when person carried because of the close physical bond between baby and carer.
congratualtions

purely wait til he grows out of it!!
thats great! you must have a feeling so much nicer at the end of the day. Hope he keeps it up :-)
You might think it is great at the moment but you are making a big mistake - you will get him too used to it and he will want to be resembling that all the time, you are spoiling him. When my daughter was born she gave up daytime nap from 2 weeks old and slept from 11pm -7am, I was knackered all the time and as the years go by I realised how much she demanded from me and wish I had done things different. Daughter is now grown up and she be a lot like you with her first but 8 years after that when she had her 2nd baby she knew not to create the same mistakes again and she has the perfect child, she have her daytime naps and went down for the night at 7pm till 8am, she is very soon 2 and doesn't have daytime naps but she knows by the TV that it is 7pm and time for bed.
Good for you and your son! Babywearing is the best.
Answers:    I had the same problem until I tried the babe-in-arms bjorn (my daughter does not like being on her back, she prefers to be upright). It is amazing the difference it make. Typically she would cry and kick, sometimes for a couple hours, before finally letting herself fall asleep, but surrounded by the carrier, she just lays her head on my chest and sleeps. Its wonderful!
