Definitely the Precious Planet one! I love that stuff and everybody is right it is more user-friendly. I love the Precious Planet collection. I have the playgym and the jumparoo and she loves all the bright colors. Good luck!
I would move about with the second one.
The first one is beautiful, and will look nice in your dining room, but it doesn't appear as user-friendly. It does not fold up. The top tray thing can be washed, but crap might still get below it. A lot of the times, these wooden ones have issues with the finish coming up when you clean them habitually, and you will be cleaning it often! Plus, although I personally hate the look of bright babe stuff, it really is stimulating for the baby.
The fisherprice one!
I have that one except its the Rainforest themed but looks around the same.
I love it because
- It has a dishwasher safe tray for when my son make a mess!
- It has wheels so I can wheel him into the kitchen while cooking!
- Comes next to an attachted toy to keep him entertained.
Its also cheaper!!
2 because dried mashed potatoes or bananas are just in the region of impossible to clean off without hosing down. I also resembling that it has the toy on there to keep infant entertained while you are making lunch, etc. Also, from what I can see, the wheels are a plus and the seat cover looks similar to it doesn't have too many creases or nooks and cranny's for food to bring into. Once they start self feeding, it gets messy.
THE SECOND ONE!
I had the Rainforest version and both of my kids loved it and so did I. The kids have fun playing with the toy while I was cooking. It is easy to verbs. It reclines so you can feed your baby when they are freshly 4 months old all the way up to 3 years old-fashioned. The wheels came in handy (they alo own locks) and it the height was also adjustable. It folded copactly too to hide surrounded by a corner when not in use.
The one from toys r us is much more kid-friendly. When I buy things that will be used for/by my daughter I hang on to her in mind, not me. Even her diaper bag is cute with carebears and I am the one carrying it! Haha. Your babe-in-arms will enjoy the second one a lot more and that is what is historic. At least IMO. Answers: neither. save yourself the money and get a fisher-price healthy perfectionism deluxe booster seat. it's like $25. attaches to any chair, you can help yourself to it anywhere, it it is EXTREMELY easy to clean. just pop the lid stale and toss it in the dishwasher. the entire chair is super easy to profess in terms of cleanliness. take a washcloth, wipe it down.

I like the 2nd one because we get the Eddie Bauer wood one and it is difficult to tuck in a corner because it does not fold up and impossible to travel with. If I had to do it over again, I would attain a Graco folding highchair.
The one from target looks better but I think the one from toys r us will be better. It will be much easier to clean when tot makes a mess.
i like the second one deeply more. although the first one is very nice and stylish the second one is much more practical and i think the whole sketch thing is cute too. =]
well..i almost thought you werent serious next to the second one. ipersonally hate the cartoonish crap for babies. i love solid colors, or solid patterns. anything with animals make your house look like a daycare. go with the one from target. much more classic and nicer for your home decor. i would never buy the one for toysrus!!
