10.5 month weak develops over-hasty after coming surrounded by contact next to rime cream and milk?

Last night I was eating rime cream and a tiny bit dropped on my daughters forehead... it instantly turned into a huge welt. Our pediatrician gave us a schedule to follow for slowly introducing milk. Today I give her 1 oz of milk diluted with 1 oz of water. She drank it with no problems internally: ie... no throwing up, no diarrhea, no swelling. However a touch bit ran down her chin and onto her belly. She ended up with welt on her belly and red marks on her chin. They are hives I guess but no itchiness is involved as far as I can tell. I will be calling the dr tomorrow but can anyone give me some input as to if you enjoy heard of this before or any personal experience. OH today I rubbed plain yogurt on her cheek and nothing happen. I put a little ice cream on her other cheek and it turned into a hive.
Answers:    Probably has milk allergy. Not fearfully common. Honestly, given her reactions, I wouldn't give her cow's milk at adjectives, but yogurt can usually be consumed (as you have discovered).
Well yogurt is a lot more broken down than ice cream and milk. My son get a crazy rash on his face where peanutbutter comes contained by contact with it, but has no other symptoms of an allergy. I have chosen to avoid it for the subsequent year or so (He is 14 months) and then try it again. Every baby can present an allergy differently, so I would go near the advice of your doctor.

He also has vomiting after eating eggs, but have no skin reaction. I figured he is just a sensitive kid beside odd allergy presentations.
