How do you fly near a 3 month older?
Never done this before and any advice is greatly appreciated! We are flying with our 3 month antiquated what do you do with the car seat and stroller? We are NOT flying to see relatives and when we get there we need to rent a vehicle so we need to bring the car seat! Do we stipulation to buy a ticket for him so his seat can come on the plane? Anyone with experience please help!! Thanks
i think you can put the carset with your stacks but with the baby put a bollte in its mouth when yal appropriate of and then put one in when yall land its relief alot good lucky
You do not need to purchase a form for the baby He/she can sit on your lap if you want to. And tell the People that you want to Gate check the Car form, which means that it will be taken to cargo when you get on the plane and given straight final to you when you exit the plane. Also some airlines will allow you to check a car seat and stroller for free at the front gate, If you enjoy a connection then I think you should hold the car seat and gate check it. You can buy a ticket for the tot and take the car seat on the ship but I think that it is expensive and if the flight is not long then it wouldn't be hard to hold the kid. But if you prefer you can buy the baby a ticket. You also are allowed 2 carry-ons a diaper bag and another bag. And if you purchase a Ticket for the kid he/she will be allowed a carry on also. Your best bet is to call the airline or go to their website, because they are adjectives different, Have fun
We didn't hold to buy another ticket till our son was 3. As long as they are sitting in your lap. As for the vehicle seat and stroller they checked it in as under storage luggage. Not sure the systematic name for it. Hope this helps and have a nice trip!!
Oh basically call what airline you are using and they will tell you their specific rules and there are any extra costs involved.
You can check the car seat and stroller. You do not need to buy a ticket. Your child can lately sit on your lap. Checking in the car form and stroller is free at most air lines, I believe. I now gate checking them is free. Make sure you bring something for your newborn to suck on for the take off and landing's.
We will be flying in september when Kaitlyn will be almost 4 months ancient, we will be bringing her travel system and checking it in and she will be sitting in our laps. I will also be taking my moby wrap so I can wear her if needed.
Answers: You CAN buy an extra ticket but it's not a necessity. If you don't afterwards your son can just sit on your lap. This is what we have done both times we've flown near our son.
As far as the car seat and stroller goes(I'm assuming it's a travel system) both can be wheeled up to the take and be gate checked. They will then be waiting for you when you get stale the plane.
Make sure you're nursing or bottle feeding your son during take off and landing. You can even hold out a pacifier. This will help the pressure on his ears. If he's only three months I bet he sleeps the majority of the flight too!
yup you call for to buy another ticket if you have a car seat, it sucks but it is the solely way it can be carried on the plane.
I flew with my daughter when she waw 4 months old and here are some things that i know.
-you can check the stroller and carseat at the gate when you board the plane...it will be within when you get off the plane waiting for you so that is hugely convienient.
-Bring pacifiers, and bottles for your child to suck on when taking off and landing to avoid thier ears popping...
-you can bring anything needed for the child through security as long as the child is with you. This includes have the formula(should you formula feed) in the dispensers and have water already within the bottles.
bring some blankets the planes are a lot of times chilly.
*Bring your daughters birth Certificate...I called the airline like the daytime before we flew cause i heard we might requirement it and sure enough they asked for it when i went up to the counter.*
Let me know if you have any other question or concerns...
You too? ha! I want to fly with her but I'm too scared. So we're driving 12 hours :( We've done it until that time and it was hard.. but like I said I'm simply too scared. If you do end up doing it, let me know how it go, please!! OH! And Good Luck =D
