Does this mingy I can't own a innate birth? Please Help. I could Cry. :(?

I've been having this horrendous pubic pain and deem it's Symphysis pubis dysfunction. I've got all the symptoms. This morning I couldn't pee it took me about 10 minutes. Putting on my pant is a no go, walking about 10 inches takes so fricken long.

So, this is what they enunciate about the birthing process:
Be extremely careful of birth positioning. Certain positions are better than others. Avoid stirrups!
Be sure your labour assistants and providers know adjectives about SPD, what movements can hurt or damage you, and what your comfortable range of motion is
Avoid most adjectives labour interventions, as these often cause pubic symphysis strain/damage
Avoid an epidural if at adjectives possible, as this often is associated with more severe damage
Use a 'rigid gap' between the legs for any routine procedures that can't be avoided
Hire a birth attendant that is familiar with and can relieve resolve baby malpositions

I'm freaking out and could cry right now. That sounds like a great deal to contend with during your first L&D.

So, do to all this, am I bound for a Cesarean? Are they really all that unpromising?
Sorry, not to be mean but I really think you should see your doctor instead of self-diagnosing. If it is the skin, then he/she will be able to inform you much better than us !

(Sometimes, there are unpredictable things that occur and you just have to deal as best you can...)
You really need to discuss this with your doctor. I enjoy two kids, one was born naturally and the other a c-section. A c/s really isn't that bad, I didn't mind it at adjectives. Once you hold that precious baby in your arms then everything will be alright and you won't carefulness how they got into the world, just that they're there. Congrats on the tot and good luck.
No, it's actually recommended that you have a automatic birth so that you can feel when you are in a 'bad' position. BTW, I had SPD and it be so bad the weekend before I went into labor that I couldn't even bearing. Miraculously it was completely gone as soon as I went into labor - the human body is a marvelous thing! I give birth naturally without an IV or any sort of drugs and my SPD didn't bother me a bit. The back labor instead. ;-)

Re-read your post: No one puts you into position so just do what is comfortable at that time - being in dull pain is not a reason to have a c-section (or an epidural IMO).
I feel before you jump to conclusions, put your mind at ease, next talk to you doctor. It could be nothing or it could be something. But there is no stipulation to stress over it if you do not have it.
Answers:    First, I would contact my OB if I were you and talk about my concerns. This far along you probably own an appointment coming up very soon anyway, but you can always reschedule to a sooner day if you're markedly worried. Your OB can let you know if this is what you are suffering from and what your options are, as well as his/her experiences next to this.

If you do have a c-section, no it is not that bad. I felt undeniably no pain during the process, just pressure, and not even uncomfortable pressure. The with the sole purpose pain I had immediately be from the epidural block, and that was mostly due to nerves.

Recovery did hurt, but it hurts with a natural distribution as well. Just be careful not to overextend yourself, and try not to laugh or cough! Ouch!

Contact your OB, and try to relax. Stress isn't dutiful for that little baby!
Okay, I think I can comfort. My bestfriend who is like a sister to me had the same item. In addition, she also had a previous csection. She had a completely automatic second birth with no medicine or interventions. But she did have to row for it. They kept trying to make her lay down during labor. She had to persistantly tell them no. If you would close to to talk to her I could get you in touch next to her. She is a great advocate for natural birth and has closely of information that can help you. You CAN do it. You just need the support and skill to do so.
