Happy Monday moms. Thank goodness it's almost over! What is everyone having for dinner? Not sure what we are having. I did try a topical recipe out this weekend.
Bacon Cheeseburger Roll Up
1 can of pizza crust
1 lb hamburger meat
1/2 onion diced
4 slices of bacon chopped
8oz velvetta (1/2 of a whole one)
Heat oven to 400 degrees
Brown beef, bacon and onions in skillet on Med-High until brown
Drain after add velveeta
Cook until melted, let cool
Unroll dough and incorporate meat, then roll back up (hard but we did it!)
bake 20-25 mins or until brown!
It be very good!
I am making Chili tonight, Your recipe sounds good! I will have to try that!
I hold no idea, probably a baked dinner of some sort since we're going to my Mum's. She always feeds us approaching we haven't eaten in 3 years...Haha.
But we will probably be having a roast chicken or lamb, next to baked potatoes and pumpkin, with veggies and other yummy things! :)
Your sounds great! I'm going to write down the recipe :)
that sounds good.. on monday's my mom usually makes something easy similar to a frozen pizza or picks something up, probably because we have things to do and there isn't much time to cook. plus it's a MONDAY!
we're doing breakfast for dinner. I made some bacon quiches (recipe below, I never have made them before but they look amazing) and we've got some frozen potato pancakes! baby's have breast milk.

Husband is working late so, we will prob newly do something frozen. I also have a ton of ground beef and roast, we got a half of a cow surrounded by March and I don't know what to do with it. I am so sick of hamburgers!
We're have pork chops tonight :] yummy
We are have take-out from Texas Roadhouse. We have a gift card from forever ago that we need to use =)
I am going to hold to try that recipe!!
Lasagna.
That recipe sounds scrumptious!
I think we're having baked fish, coleslaw and french fries.
Our neighbor caught some rock this weekend and brought some over!
Hamburgers on the BBQ with sweet potato wedges and coleslaw...
If I had a pizza crust, I could try your recipe, sounds biddable !
Tonight is Brown Sugar Meatloaf and some cheesy vegetable point! Haha. I can't remember exactly what its called but so good!!
Speaking of, have to catch started pretty soon!!
We are having home made lasagna next to garlic bread. You may already know how to make lasagna but here ya go anyways. This is our recipe.
Baked Lasagna
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1-1/2 teaspoon salt
2 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon basil
2 cups tomatoes
2 (12 ounce) cottage cheese
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 (10 ounce) packet lasagna noodles
1 pound mozzarella cheese
Brown meat, add next six ingredients to meat. Simmer uncovered until thick (45 minutes to an hour.) Cook noodles until tender, drain. For lasagna, combine cottage cheese and near next 4 ingredients, place noodles, cottage cheese mixture, mozzarella cheese and meat in layers. Bake at 375 degree for 30 minutes
This makes quite a bit but lasagna left over is angelic for lunches at work.
Cereal for me and leftovers for the hubby lol
I'm TIRED of cooking
we're going to eat out,its about time for us lol
I'm not a mom, but my mom is making homemade pizza tonight. mmm. :D
Answers: Ah, your dinner questions. A staple surrounded by my Y!A day! :P
Hm... I'll have to write down this recipe. We have a bunch of hamburger meat contained by the freezer that we don't know what to do with!
Anyway, we're having pork chops with some cheesy scalloped potatoes tonight.
mmm that does sound good!! but my daughter is having 5 friends spend the dark.. so PIZZA delivery for us!! lol
Oy. We're seriously broke, so I'll probably have my husband bring dinner home. He's a manager at Applebee's and can capture us free food!
My 4 year old loves the Oriental Chicken Salad. He calls it "Cookie Salad" because of the crunchy noodles and sweet dressing. I'll throw some extra veggies in here.
The grocery store around the corner is awfully nice and has a cafe that makes pizza. I bought a ball of in place made dough from there (most pizza places will sell you their unbaked dough), made my own sauce, and put cheese and peperoni on it. And we ate it with salad...the kids have applesauce as a side dish. Very tasty!
Easy pizza sauce:
1 can Italian tomato paste
1 14.5 oz can Italian seasoned tomatoes, pureed
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar
*stir adjectives together and spread atop pizza dough...very good, and simple
Yummmmm that looks good, I'm starving.
