How do you stop a 7 month mature little one from slapping?
He slaps our faces very hard, and after laughs. What could we do to teach him to stop. He also pulls hair.
For the coat problem. I totally understand. I have really long hair and my daughter close to to touch it and so sometimes she grabs it. Unintentionally of course because she is four months but when she gets elder I will grab her hand and tell her "no" firm but not yell. I hope that will work. Right now though I tend to wear my hair in pony tail alot. Good luck!!
My son is 3 months old and he has started to wrench my hair and he is trying to explore my face (not intending to hurt me) but he is often rough and will take and it will hurt. He has also started to pull my glasses of my frontage over and over. Each time he takes them I have to clean them and he tried to nick them from me as I clean them so I just say no no.
He is still really young-looking, probably too young to understand the true meaning of the word no.
But what I do is I look at him and read out no anyway and I make a sade face or make a reverberation like and ouch or a squeel with a sad frontage that shows I do not like it. I do not make it loud or I'd probably scare him but I receive an attemt at showing him that I do not like it. I also hold his hand and try to control it and run it over my face softly, but afterwards sometimes he tried to squeeze parts of my face in his hand lol.
Answers: i remember my nephew did that ALOT. my sister in directive. would tell him "you can touch mommy face..but softly" she would get his paw and show him how. she did that every single time he did that and after a couple of days he learned.
my daughter is the same way i slap her hand softly and look at her eyes n say-so nooooo u cant do that noo just make sure ur serious n stay mad at her for a while breed her understand even if there small but sooner or later theyll obtain the point
