Has anyone hear of hyper flexible hips or clicking hips?

My baby was born 3 1/2 weeks early. this is what the Dr. said she have. They did an ultrasound of them today. does anyone know what this means? I cannot know the results til tomorrow when the Dr. gets them. The babies hips look fine to me. They look like her sisters who be 5 weeks early. They told us then it just took time for her hips to come down.
Answers:    I've hear of clicky hips as in hip dysplasia. But now hyper flexible hips.
Word of advice -- if your babe has hip dysplasia (ddh, dislocated hips) start treatment asap! Take my word on this!!
