How long did it appropriate you to lose your "babe-in-arms weight"?
I'm worried how long will it take, because it really depresses me to be that fat. Yes, and I'm breastfeeding, and I'd like to hang on to breastfeeding as long as possible.
I was lucky, it took me smaller number than three weeks to lose all the baby weight plus an spare ten pounds.
It took me about a month, but I was breastfeeding, so that make a big difference.
Unfortunately I gained about 10 pounds backs once I stopped breastfeeding, so don't permit your guard down.
Your best option is to start being active from the formation so you'll have a more steady weight lost. Even if it's just walking around ur neighborhood pushing the stroller should oblige :)

1week until that time birth 167
and was stuck on 156 since
now im 151 finally i started to exercise and eating resourcefully for the passed 2 weeks
I am breastfeeding, and I must say that it is a blessing for both me and my son! :) He is 4 months old. I gain 60 lbs. during pregnancy. I am now down to 125 lbs, which is about 10 more lbs. than I used to be before pregnancy, but I needed some freight gain. It took a good 2-2.5 months to lose the weight.
It took me 2 weeks to loose my babe weight! I only gained what I be suppose to, and I was mostly water. I breastfeed and am still loosing weight. Source(s): breastfeeding for 4 months immediately
It depends on the women. I was only just very lucky and lost my baby weight 2 weeks after my daughter be born but I was tiny as it was and she was with the sole purpose 5 lb 4 oz so like I said it just depends. Don't worry you will lose it.
Answers: As we all know everyone is different... I of course couldn't stop worrying about losing my consignment after my daughter arrived because I kept comparing myself to celebs who could afford to pay someone to watch them every second and hound them about intake and working out to lose their weight and be super tone within a week after birth. But, I have to voice I am pleased with how things are going! I weighed in at 110 when I get pregnant (a little heavy for me but oh well that's what I'm shooting for now!) and I gain 34 lbs with her. She is three weeks one day today and I've lost all but 10 lbs. I'm breastfeeding as resourcefully. I try to get out and be somewhat active every afternoon. I started doing light Pilate's yesterday and am going to verbs to take it easy until I go final for my 6 week check-up and then I will begin a much more strenuous daily workout. My stomach is in truth quite flat...But, looks NOTHING like it did before. I craving you the best of luck and congratulations on your precious baby!!
i had lost most of mine about a month after giving birth.
i cant remember where i read that most women lose most of their infant weight by the time the baby is around 9 months,.
Well if I would have gain the recommended 35 pounds I would have lost it in the first 6 weeks after giving birth but I gained 60 and am surrounded by a size 14 trying to get back to my size 9 it seems approaching Im stuck...by the way Im still breastfeeding my 4 month old son, googluck Honey
With my first I gained like 40 lbs and never lost all of it.
I basically had my son 7 weeks ago and gained 22 lbs. So far I've lost 30 lbs.
I'm also breastfeeding.
I was 145 lbs size 9 pre-baby, now i have an 8 month feeble and am 160-165 lbs and i dont even know what size just whatever fits. hopefully more weight will come sour but i remember at first it took about 2 months to completely get unswollen and lose all those pregnancy fluids and mass. I think it just depends on how much you gained during pregnancy. I know i gain way too much.
