High Fever near no other symptoms..?

My son is 9 months old. He has a fever of 105.2 F. The doctor took blood and did a chest x-ray, and found nought. What could be making him have a fever this high. I've be giving him Tylenol and Motrin around the clock and the fever has not went down. What could be cause this. His doctor said that all of his test results were commonplace, so what could be causing this...

BTY: Please don't tell me teething, Teething does not cause a frenzy that high.
High fever usually is an infection, that could be anywhere in/on his body, but normally its only a cold. Keep an eye on him and if it carries on for another few days take him bk. :)
