I don't know if your lying, but if you aren't that baby stipulation to go to the hospital NOW, because the body is fighting an infection and is losing
It sounds like he has an virus and if his stools are different then normal it is probably a stomach virus. You can put in a send for to your pediatricain to see what they want you to do. They may just tell you to watch him at home. You can confer infant tylenol drops to help with the fever. Also trade name sure he is drinking well, if you notice a decrease within wet diapers or if he is having large amounts of runny stools and you be aware of there is a risk of fluid loss then you need to clutch him to the hospital. Here is a great site with lots of good information about fever.Remember that a fever is a good thing - it is helping the body gun down off a virus. A child can handle a fever better next an adult and does not cause brain injury until it goes going on for 107 and childrens temperature only goes that lofty if they are unable to cool down such as stuck in a hot car.

Answers:    I would take him to the ER. They will probably flush him beside fluids to break his fever, and his dark green poop...well I'm not sure if it's his body trying to take rid of some kind of viral thing. Could be.
The ER doc will give motrin/tylenol to your son as okay.
My son often has unexplained fevers due to viral stuff. He's have these mostly during his preschool time. He catches everything. He's four now, and during the summer, he doesn't get sick at adjectives. But come school time, he just catches every bug around him.
I would steal your son to the ER. Just to make sure everything is ok. And for the peace of mind. :-)

If it is the early evening you should probably page your doctor, since the department won’t be open until the following day.
