How do you devour since your child is born? Also, how are your teeth?
Do you eat more healthy or more junky. I try to set a good example for my household by eating better, but sometimes I junk out. Also, what about your teeth? I enjoy noticed mine have lost a little enamel. I wonder could it be from the pregnancy? They are sill white, simply a little see through if that makes any sense. Do you take a supplement?
I eat more healthily, but my undamaged lifestle has changed, I used to smoke and drink all the time
My teeth are fine, still stained from smoking though.
My son is breastfed and is allergic to dairy, bananas, and mangoes, so I can not eat those things. Other than that, my diet is well again than the average american's. I use common sense:
"Eat only food that will go bleak, and eat it before it does." and
"Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants."
ETA: My teeth are fine. Finally got to the dentist after 5 years (yeah, yeah, I know) and have a few minor decalcifications which I am trying to build back up through diet, but no cavities.
Answers: I have to eliminate wheat, spelt, triticale, barley and rye from my diet - other then that, or perhaps because of that, I am consumption a more healthy diet then before. I hold perfect teeth, no problems and the dental hygienist is very happy next to my gums as well. Just brush more often, floss at least once a time and get your teeth cleaned at least once a year - your teeth shouldn't suffer because you're a parent.
