4 month aged babys poop?

Yes that is totally normal. Almost all babies hold a weird type of poop.
Oh yes its fine. More than likely its from something YOU ate. Which made it stink.
Once you start adding contained by the solids you will notice the stinkyness never goes away so enjoy it for the subsequent month or too...

I dont think my daughters stunk unless I did end up eating something greasy, garlicy, etc.
