These are the times when I craving we could get rid of the "no cruel and unusual punishment" part!
That's pretty messed up. I tried to find it on my yahoo page, but it keeps going to "my yahoo" for some reason. Go digit that yahoo is messed up again. Anyways, a fair punishment would be public humiliation, as well as loss of certain ligaments of their own.

Let the family of the baby bash the sickos up side the head next to a 2x4. Sounds good to me. Those 3 were already pretty sick in the lead if they sat there and let rats torture the toddler. Losing their brains would hardly be a loss.
they are awfully lucky to live in us. in other countries they could get stoned or executed within public. yes this still happens these days.
this reminds me of the man that put shock collars on his kids. he chased his 3 ear old around next to one because he "thought it was funny". those people should be eaten alive by rats and the man beside the collar should be electrocuted to death.

I don't know the facts yet, They couldn't have been aware when it happen, likely at night. If they knew of a rat infestation, they neglected their responsibilities.

I merely read this story. Toss them in a crocodile pit. I honestly don't care if the mother was a juvenile or not. She be responsible for that baby's health and well being.
Lock them contained by a rat-infested cell and throw in some spiders, snakes and some other gross animals/bugs. Leave them there to rot for life and present them some food with the animals so they can fight for it. Sickos, who does that to an innocent baby!? Could you provide a join?
need more details, past passing judgement, what if it was a poor family living surrounded by a horrible home or on the street OR it may have been some sick joke
Well in my world it would be the same item. Let the rats chew off their toes. But I think anyone who harms a child should spend the rest of their life to rot surrounded by jail and to be in regular population.

let them rot in a dirty reformatory cell infested with rats. is that fair enough? ah let add spiders to the mix and a few other things that bite since they harmed a baby. i hate audible range stories about people harming babies.
