Is "mmmmmm" a word?
if mmm is a word or OOOOOO then my son started talking at close to 3 weeks. so NO.
Mmmm can be a word. When something tastes super yummy my daughter says mmmmm. But she is also 19 months old-fashioned.
Babies don't talk at 4 months, sorry. :)
Not an answer all by itself. But it is a start.
Usually, even though you will try like crazy to get him to speak "mama", the first word will wind up being 'dada' and make you crazy, but the baby's daddy will be bonded for enthusiasm!
Life is ironic. Babies aren't fair! :)
