Nervous going on for weaning 1 year older?
if you still want her to have breastmilk or formula then you can put that in her sippy cup! but sounds to me similar to she has a pretty healthy diet so i dont think it would be beyond doubt necessary.

anyways, lots people do switch to cow's milk at a year. formula fed babies are switched because they can get like peas in a pod nutrients from regular food, but breast milk has the immunities and is tailored to the individual baby.. that mortal said, you certainly could have her on a regular person diet (lol), basically by feeding her regular meals and making sure she gets the proper amount of hydration. you might want to speech to your doctor about a multi-vitamin for her too.
