Why wont my son sleep surrounded by his own cot anymore?
it all started about 3 months ago i used to get my 14 month outmoded son to sleep by giving him his bottle and dummy and putting him in his cot ..he would be asleep within 10 minutes then adjectives of a sudden he started waking up at 3:30 every morning i tried everything to settle him and get him back to sleep the with the sole purpose thing that worked was me laying down beside him in my bed then about 3 weeks ago he stopped going into his cot at adjectives at night i have to lay down with him other clever he screams the house down so im stuck with him in my bed adjectives night
then about a week ago he even stopped have a sleep in his cot during the day i don't know how to get him subsidise in his cot and sleeping through the night
today was the worst though he wouldn't even consent to me cuddle him to sleep he didn't sleep all day and was so tired i finally concluded up getting him to sleep at 8:30pm (he usually goes to sleep at 6:30-7 and that's with a day sleep too)
so he wont budge in his cot and he wont let me lay with him to sleep what can i do ??
Answers: conceivably its time to get him his own bed, a normal one with the boom or a toddler bed if you're more comfortable with that.
Some kids outgrow their cot earlier than others, plenty of toddlers adjust to a bed early so I give attention to that is something you should try for a while.
Maybe taking the side off the cot and turning it into a toddler bed would work Source(s): mum of 3
