3 weeks post-partum and have sex?
I guess it's not impossible if you aren't hurting? I would hope you used protection! Your body isn't ready or healthy enough for another pregnancy so soon. My doctor's told me not to enjoy sex for like 6 weeks, but that was because I had stitches near both pregnancies.
sex is fine, with my first baby we started two week after and with our second it be only 9days. there is a higher destiny for pregnant(bit lower if breastfeeding), i would get the plan b and then use condoms till u get the iud.
and to the frist answer it is better to try own sex before ur 6week check-up so u can tell the doctor if something doesnt feel right
If it's not uncomfortable for you, then by adjectives means go ahead! Just use the necessary precautions so you don't procure pregnant!

No. You can have sex as soon as it's comfortable. Just be careful that you don't get pregnant again, unless you want to. Often women don't focus it can happen right after birth, but they're surprised at their 6 week appointment!

It should be at least 6 wks. Your body needs to heal, and you'll risk the likelihood of an infection. But, damage is done now! I'd be careful, transport it slow... but I'd wait until the bleeding stops. Unfortunately, I had to wait 9 wks. I could scarcely WALK leaving the hospital, I had to be wheelchaired out. I had an episio/4th scope tear. The after pain was worse than the undamaged L and D experience lol. UGH.
