I'm not asking if you believe in abortion or not... I am asking what you think of the woman that founded Roe vs Wade is ANTI abortion now...

WASHINGTON (AP) - The plaintiff in Roe v. Wade, who became an anti-abortion protester surrounded by recent years, was among four protesters arrested Monday for disrupting Sonia Sotomayor's Supreme Court confirmation hearing.

Better known as "Jane Roe," 61-year-old Norma McCorvey of Texas begin screaming during the opening statement of the newest senator, Al Franken, D-Minn.

McCorvey's suit led to the 1973 Supreme Court verdict that legalized abortion, but she later became an anti-abortion protester.

McCorvey shouted that Sotomayor was "wrong roughly abortion."

I am not quite sure what I think because it is a defining moment in our judicial history... but I am wondering what have changed in her life that she is now ANTI abortion.
She's been anti abortion for some time in a minute. This is a link to a commercial she did sometime back. I hate that she be arrested, doesn't help her credibility.

I have wondered that myself. I knew she was in a minute anti abortion but I can't put a finger as to why her tune has changed. I don't understand how you can be such a vital sector of a defining moment like that and then do a complete 180. I am starring to see what others say.
no, I beleive she get saved years later
Probably, I would believe because the baby she tried to abort is alive! Obviously the court decision was not made within time for her to abort, so she delivered a child and as mothers we all know what seeing and holding our babies can do!
Maybe she's anti-abortion now because so many use it as a means as birth control and that isn't what she intended when she pursued the rights to her body.
She may be more vocal than a lot of anti-abortion protesters because she feel a lot of guilt. She allowed herself to be used to help bring about legalized abortions, and presently she regrets it.
Circumstances can renovate a woman's mind. The way I thought and acted when I was 17 is not the same as my current age. She probably matured within her thinking, and learned many things that helped her manufacture her current decision. Women are allowed to change their minds...we're notorious for that!
She wised up.
Answers:    She scholarly from her mistake. Most women who actually do have abortions end up regretting it anyway. Personally, I give attention to it's wonderful that she has changed and is now actively trying to fight the wrong that she help create.
May have needed the law to be written different also.

I dont think abortion is right unless it is life or departure for the mother or baby. I honestly dont think its right to abort a baby tht is supposedly goin get have a birth defect so the parents decide since the tot will have issues to just rid of him/her. Babies are helpless and abortion is used in wrong ways resembling above poster said birth control. either or law tht would and could have be passed would have issues. Now ppl use abortion as brith control well if abortion was unauthorized and the mothers at risk of death the mother gets no choice. so either bearing there are alwyas issues/.
