7 week antediluvian adjectives teeth?

My daughter just turned 7 weeks, and I noticed today she was slobbering deeply, and she had never done that. Also blowing spit bubbles. I was told by my mom to put my finger in her mouth and surface her gums, and I felt little bumps. Could she already be cutting teeth?? This seems too precipitate for that. I know all babies are different, but 7 weeks??

Thank you!!
I doubt it, though its possible. She probably just had more saliva than usual. The bottom two are the first two that come within, and they are very visibly raised and swollen when teething.
Babies will slowly begin drooling more and more. My son is now 3 1/2 months old and around that time begin the same thing. They aren't necessarily cutting teeth but the mouth is preparing them. You can offer her tylenol if it seems like she is in headache, just not too much. All babies are different. My son seemed to stop for a while then start up again next to the drooling, but now its more, lol.
Answers:    My son started the same thing around indistinguishable time. He is now 4.5 months old and he still doesn't have any teeth. He drools approaching crazy and chews on everything, but the teeth still haven't come in. My ped said it was a little impulsive but not uncommon. She thought he'd have his teeth by now, but they haven't broke through even so.
