5 month out-of-date very soon wake and surrounded by flimsy sleep every dark after 4 months of super sleeping.?
Any ideas of how to settle him back into the deep sleep he used to hold. Or how to get him in a better routine for sleep. It could be because he is teething, but any ideas would be appreciated.
Both my boys did the same thing. My Dr told me to give them a tablespoon if rice cereal since bed...fills up their tummies. Worked like a charm.
it could be hunger boy dance threw growth spurts and just be for they have one they get really really hunger if he's not on solids try that near also good nigh milk to help keep them full up till morning Source(s): mum of an 11 month out-of-date boy
Answers: Well first of adjectives 'Lucky you' for having a baby that sleeps well and Im sure he will again!
There could be a few reasons to why he isnt sleeping as well as he was such as: Teething, Growth spurt, or perchance he is still hungry! Have you started him on any solids yet?
My son is 51/2 months old... He is a gud enough at hours of darkness but he does have his moments :) I started him on solids at 4 months.. I started him on creamy porridge by Milupa, just a little bit and apparently increased it over the following weeks! and now I have him on wider range of foods!
He be sick recently and went off alot of his solids and I found he didnt sleep as resourcefully but now he is better and is sleeping much better again! Also try giving him his bath just up to that time bed and his bottle, this might help tire him out also.. Ben gets really tired after his.. Just another suggetion thats worth a try!
Hope this has Helped!
Best of Luck!
