How does birth ticket work?
if he signed a form at the hospital that says he's the dad.. then he is legally the dad. The birth warrant didnt get to me until about 3 months. but not being married have nothing to do with it.
dna tests are done free at the birth of the child in the hospital if one is looked-for. but he can sign it if hes the father. you dont have to be married for him to sign it, my parents were not married when my dad signed mine. as long as he is the dad or even if not and newly wants to be the only dad in its time he can sign it.
He has to sign the birth certificate at the hospital it doesnt matter if ur married or not if he signed he's the father ... Yes u want to pay once u go to the office where on earth u pick up the birth certificate its 20 dollars . If he did not sign at the hospital that means the baby does not enjoy his last name and in this armour i dont know what should be done hope this helps
