A little one lacking a motor form !?
Ok, so i was wondering, what can you do when you are out shopping and don't have a car near you and you have a baby and don't have sports car seat for the baby...?
What do you do?
hospitals around here will permit you rent a carseat if you can't aford one.
Call someone to come receive you with a carseat. I don't feel comfortable riding anywhere without one. I be an EMT and a couple girls crammed into their car. Three adults, three kids. The 5 year old was restrained contained by the back with just a seatbelt, the 3 year mature was in a car form, and the infant was in the mother's arms when they t-boned a car. The mother told me her infant bounced sour of the carseat in front of her. The baby stopped breathing on the way to the hospital and I have to get it back breathing with a case valve mask. Scared the hell out of me. Got it back breathing and as luck would have it nothing happened to it. But I would never take the randomness. Things aren't the same as they used to be. Speed limits are much faster and cars are fiberglass not steel boats. Great Grandmom may have used the clothes picnic basket for a carseat, but it just isn't safe anymore.

Do you mean where do you put the baby? I would any bring a stroller to put the baby in or bring a sling or wrap to carry the tot.
Take the bus, the train, the subway, use the legs God gave you... You do not take in the car, its dangerous, its unsanctioned, its irresponsible.
Go walking and take the baby in the stroller?
Take the bus/subway until you can afford a carseat!
